Job Title: Digital Communications Coordinator

Are you a creative and dynamic social media whiz? We’re on the hunt for a Digital Communications Coordinator who has an understanding of our industry and can manage our social media presence, engage with our audience, and boost our brand's visibility on all online and offline communications channels. If you’ve got a flair for creating content in both Arabic and English and can write killer articles for our newsletters, we want you in our Amman Team!

What You’ll Be Doing:  

  • Content Creation Extraordinaire: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Threads, Youtube etc.) in both Arabic and English with an understanding for SEO.

  • Develop Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support Parachute16’s programs and initiatives.

  • Content Writer : Write compelling articles for newsletters and other company publications in both Arabic and English.

  • Analytics Ace: Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Community Engagment: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and comments, and foster a positive online community.

  • Brand Guardian: Ensure all social media content aligns with Parachute16's branding and messaging guidelines.

  • Trend Tracker: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies current and effective.

  • Collaboration Champion: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and support for various projects.

  • Event Promoter: Promote Parachute16’s events, programs, and initiatives through targeted social media strategies.

  • Content Calendar Keeper: Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.

  • Ad Campaign Connoisseur: Assist in creating and managing social media ad campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and conversions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools.

  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  •  The ability to create bold, and tredy reels and shorts.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work in Amman and be mobile and adaptable regionally.

  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

  • Presentation design skills 

  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
