who are we?

2015

parachute16 was established to support and design innovative social entrepreneurship and community development programs.

2016

Parachute16 initiated the redesign and delivery of corporate innovation program models in Jordan.

2017

Parachute16 expanded its operations to 12 governorates in Jordan, introducing social impact acceleration programs.

2018

Parachute16 launched its first version of its podcast, Tomohilive.

2019

Parachute16 expanded its focus to Saudi Arabia, launching the "Sahem" Social Innovation Program with the King Khaled Foundation and initiating the Dates Business Accelerator Program in the Saudi dates industry.

2020

Parachute16 partnered with Google Arabia to upskill 30,000 youth across 14 countries and customized its P16 UPSkill GIG Economy Curriculum for 3,000 freelancers in Jordan.

2021

Parachute16 launched its first regional acceleration program for startups in the Spare Parts and Maintenance industry in Saudi Arabia and established the parachute16 Podcast.
