2023 - Present
The Youth Social Innovation Network Reload (You SI Net Reload), co-financed by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), is a pioneering initiative designed to address the unequal impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This project empowers youth across Europe and the southern Mediterranean to become agents of change, transforming challenges into opportunities.
Smart Cut Incubator
The Smart Cut Incubator empowers the growth of non-profit, lifestyle, and sports initiatives in Saudi Arabia. Our program offers a condensed 6-week curriculum with intensive mentorship, capacity-building in 12 knowledge areas, and the opportunity to pitch development programs at a demo day. We lead the initiative registration, provide coworking spaces, coaching, mentorship, educational content, financial support, and help launch social programs focused on cycling and running.

Misk Initiatives Incubator
2023
The Misk Initiative Incubator accelerates the growth of youth-focused, non-profit initiatives in Saudi Arabia. Our intensive 14-week program offers mentorship, capacity-building in 12 essential areas, and a demo day for pitching development programs. We facilitate initiative registration and provide comprehensive support, including coworking spaces, coaching, mentorship, educational resources, financial/in-kind support, and registration assistance.
Misk NPOs accelerator - Impact Accelerator

The Misk NPO Accelerator - Impact Accelerator is designed to empower youth-focused nonprofits in Saudi Arabia, providing comprehensive mentorship, guidance, and resources to enhance operational capabilities, expand community services, and increase impact. The program combines in-person boot camps with remote skill-development sessions.
ACCESS Disability Innovation Hackathon and Accelerator

The Access Disability Innovation Hackathon and Accelerator promotes technology solutions that empower the disabled and handicapped community. This project accelerates startups focused on universal access and medical/health innovations, while fostering knowledge exchange between startups, investors, and disability experts.
The Hajj and Umrah Hackathon and Accelerator

Taking place in Jeddah and Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, this program consisted of a hackathon and accelerator consisting of 12 intensive weeks fully focused on product and/or service development and scale-up. parachute16 has been a great support system for the
ministry.
Sahem Program
2022, 2023, 2024
The King Khaled Foundation (KKF) and Prince Sultan University launched the "Sahem" Program to empower youth-led startups and enterprises focused on different themes every year. Such a program has been built and implemented by parachute16 on a yearly basis since 2019. In 2022, parachute16, in collaboration with the Royal Commission of Al-Ula, delivered the social entrepreneurship boot camp and hackathon for university students in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia.
Tourism Incubator and Accelerator
2022 - 2023
We have built, designed, and delivered a 28 week accelerator program with 14 growth stage startups. The startups’ solutions were diverse and tech-enabled. We have brought together diverse entities and industry agnostic experts to provide the startups with greatest value whilst growing within the Saudi tourism sector and market.
The Garage Plus Global Accelerator Program
An Innovation District that supports startups and SMEs globally. The Garage is led by SDAIA, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, and was founded by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in collaboration with the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST).

Publishing Houses Incubator and Accelerator
In partnership with Monshaat, we built designed and delivered this accelerator program. The accelerator aimed to empower and enable the growth of 30 startups in the digital publishing industry. The program consisted of two phases running over a time span of six months. Hackathons and mentorship sessions were held focusing on diverse topics such as team culture, marketing strategies, and legal entity structures for startups.

NRC Gig Employment
In 2022, parachute16 partnered with the Norwegian Refugee Council to develop an innovative learning framework for NRC’s staff to evaluate progress towards providing durable work solutions for refugees in Jordan. The project aimed to measure progress quantitatively and qualitatively, identify and analyze barriers to achieving durable solutions, and ensure a participatory approach.
DRC Remote Work
2022
parachute16 co-created and developed a market-oriented curriculum under the RYSE project in partnership with the Danish Refugee Council. This curriculum enabled vulnerable Jordanian and Syrian refugees to carry out remote work opportunities and earn an income with the private sector. We engaged with over 100 private sector companies, governmental entities, and I/NGOs through online workshops to identify key skills, barriers.
UNDP Heart of Amman Accelerator
parachute16 has implemented the UNDP Heart of Amman Program in 2020 targeting 12 startups and social initiatives where it’s role fixated on their business growth and scale-up phase. In addition to that, PARACHUTE16 successfully implemented UNDP’s Self-Reliance and Inclusion Program in 2021 with over 47 startups and small businesses followed by a 12-day bootcamp.

UNDP Self Reliance (Accelerator of Micro Businesses)
The UNDP Self Reliance Accelerator is committed to strengthening both vulnerable Iraqi societies and host communities through the promotion of startup creation and micro-business ventures. The project lays emphasis on inclusiveness, particularly towards women and individuals living with disabilities, by offering crucial education, guidance, and initial funding to help in the growth of startups.

Spare parts and Maintenance Accelerator
The program ran for 14 weeks onboarding 34 startups with diverse tech-enabled solutions for the automotive industry. The program was fully built designed and delivered by PARACHUTE16. Five startups have secured investments and three startups were able to sign strategic partnerships with great partners we’ve connected them with throughout the program.

Maharat Min Google
In partnership with INJAZ Al-Arab and Google Arabia, parachute16 was the impact and knowledge partner outreaching 20,000 youth to enter the workforce. Maharat min Google was launched to address the growing skills gap in the region’s workforce and provide tools, and in-person digital skills training to students, educators, job seekers, and businesses. Bootcamps were delivered in 14 Arab countries, where 7K youth in Jordan and 20K youth regionally were reached.

USAID
parachute16 has been the innovation partner and ecosystem builder for USAID for several years from 2015 till 2020. We have built USAID’s innovation and
entrepreneurship directory, trained their facilitators, designed their toolkits, conducted ToT innovation workshops for mass needs in governorates, and built their ecosystem of mentors and experts depending on the program and project being implemented.
